🚗 Driving Exam

Driving Exam is a driving license exam preparation application that helps users practice road signs, traffic rules, and mock driving tests. Core features include:

• Practice exam questions with explanations
• Road signs and traffic rules study material
• Mock driving tests with score tracking
• Quiz papers and exam result history
• User account for saving progress
• Push notifications for updates and reminders

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure
• Personalize your exam experience and track your results
• Display relevant advertisements through our advertising partners
• Send push notifications about new content, exam tips, and updates (you can opt out in device settings)
• Analyze app usage via Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App
• Respond to your support requests and feedback
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:

The App displays advertisements provided by Facebook Audience Network. These ads may be personalized based on your interests using the Android Advertising ID (AAID). You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

• Android 12 and below: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• Android 13+: Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID

Non-personalized ads may still be shown based on the content of the App.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party partners (listed in Section 5) that help us operate the App under strict data protection agreements
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred — we will notify you via in-app notice or email
• Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 10).
• Exam results and progress are retained to provide your history within the App.
• Analytics data is retained as per Google Firebase's retention settings (up to 14 months by default).
• Push tokens are retained until you uninstall the App or withdraw notification consent.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• HTTPS / TLS encryption for all data transmitted between the App and our servers
• Passwords are stored using one-way hashing — we never store plain-text passwords
• Access to user data on our servers is restricted to authorized personnel only
• Firebase Security Rules control access to authentication and analytics data

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information via the Profile Edit screen in the App
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data — use the "Delete Account" option in the App or contact us by email
• Opt-out of Notifications: Disable push notifications in your device settings at any time
• Opt-out of Personalized Ads: Follow the steps in Section 6
• Data Portability: Request an export of your data in a portable format

The Driving Exam app is intended for users aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the email below and we will delete such information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you via an in-app notification or email (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
